1. We are not general contractors.
Exceptional Homeowner Resources is exactly what is implied. We are a resource for you, the homeowner, to take control of your new project. General contractors get paid to complete the tasks for you from start to finish by hiring their trades. We offer a list of experienced trades that have provided excellent service and quality product for you to contact. You can choose the companies you want. |

2. We are not renovators ... Not yet
We take on opportunities as they come along. If you have something or would like to share some experiences we’d like to hear from you.
3. We meet with you after usual working hours.
We meet when it's most convenient for you, including evenings and weekends. |

4. “Do what you say and say what you do.”
It’s that simple. We execute the work… and if we can’t, we’ll tell you. We have been “snowed” by misleading information and shoddy workmanship. This will not happen with us.
